Forster to Town?
Nicky Forster the Reading frontman has made it clear that his future lies away from Reading and looks set to sign for Ipswich. It has been reported that he has been in talks with Town. He would be a direct replacement for Bent or Shevki.
Gerrard Back At Town?
It has also been reported that Royle is keen to re-sign Nottingham Forest's Paul Gerrard, who he has worked with before at Oldham, Everton and with Town. Gerrard signed on loan a 2 seasons ago. Forest may want a fee for him which Ipswich may not be able to afford.
